Aman's father Anil Kumar is a senior auditor at the defence academy. He completed his schooling from St Michael's School, Patna. "In 2018, I did two months' internship with Microsoft and the company was impressed with my work," Aman added.
Kanishka, a native of Buxar district in Bihar, said she was keen on engineering because she always has a fascination to explore new technologies since her school days. "I am glad that I am joining Microsoft because this company is known across the world over for its work culture," she said.
Kanishka passed her Class X and XII examinations from MGM Higher Secondary School in Bokaro. Her father, Mahendra Kumar Singh, is shift in-charge at Bodal Chemicals, Vadodara, Gujarat. Both will join Microsoft after completing their final year in July next year.

Two students of National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur on Thursday bagged job offers from Microsoft India with pay packages of Rs 43.3 lakh per annum each.
Aman Kumar and Kanishka, who bagged the job offers from the global IT giant during the ongoing campus placements, are final-year students of BTech (computer science). Aman, who hails from Patna, said, "Working for Microsoft is a dream for every IT student. I honestly did not expect such a fat package."
